Worst Host every and no delivery of services

✓ The house itself and the location are nice (if you have a car). Overall the house has good facilities, nice comfy beds and a homely feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a fully fenced big garden around the house. Providing privacy and a nice place for a dog.If you have firewood (very much needed to heat up the house!), the fireplace in really cosy.

✗ there was ZERO communication from the renters. This accommodation is I guess privately owned but managed by an 3rd party called DanCenter. WORST experience ever. They are only reachable during office hours (super convenient when you go there for a weekend) and even a week after my stay have not responded to any of my messages. Please keep in mind that they ask ridiculous amounts for additional services and don't even supply them! we stayed two nights, and took bedlinen for 4 people. These were not provided even tough we had to pay 60 euro for it! as a result we had to buy linen and towels and needed to back to town after haven driven 11 hours. Until today still no response from them or an offer to refund the costs for the linen. Furthermore when we arrived the house was 10 degrees, there is a fireplace, but as it may not come as a surprise, without fire wood. As we arrived in the evening we could not find firewood, there is a small heater, but the first 24 hours we did not get the house warmer then 16 degrees (the first night it was 13!). We only got the house on temperature after buying wood and making a fire. The fact that there is no wood is not a problem, but it would have been nice to know this upfront and have the knowledge that it is essential in order to heat up the house. We had to spend our first night with winter coats on inside. Another thing was that there were no instructions what so ever of how to use the house and its facilities. Since we had to heat up the house from 10 degrees, we used a lot of electricity, in total we had to pay an additional 50 euros for energy costs. Cleaning was offered for 135 euros! So concluding, we paid the cost of booking the accommodation for two days, paid additionally for linen which we did not get so had to buy it, spend almost 2 days in a super cold house and had to pay 50 euro for energy. We did not take the cleaning service, as we thought it was a ridiculous price. I would definitely not recommend this property
