✓ There was plenty of space, the small kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and snacks, the bathroom was very clean and nice.

✓ Comfortable studio with beautiful sea views; great, quiet location at the edge of the village; professional, friendly managers & team; few lovely visiting cats...a little paradise!

Beautiful property with gorgeous view.
✓ The location - just on the beach to the east of town - is fantastic. From here you can easily walk into town or along to all the beaches. The room was very clean and well equipped and tho whole property is pretty and well kept with lovely flowers and furnishings. Delightful to sit on the shady terrace and watch the waves!
✗ We were lucky that our immediate neighbours were quiet and considerate. The units are quite close together - so this might have been a problem with noisy neighbours.

✓ 4 nice little studios at the sea, great view at the blue painted aegean which is really spectacular on koufonissi. Only short walks to the village and besches. The Sound of the sea Was just perfect.
