✓ I love this hotel very much. I feel comfortable, thank you for upgrade my room❤️ was awesome. The breakfast has changed for the better, i Enjoy at swimming pool. The water was clean and the service was wonderful. I thank the hotel staff, especially the reception, , and Fahd & Pettri

✓ Spacious, Clean, Elegant Finishing, attention to details ( lights inside closets, lights with sensors under bed when waking up in the night, etc.), friendly check in/out process, adjacent to Al Kout Mall, great breakfast options and friendly chefs...
✗ Glass of window (sea view) was not clean and disturbed the superb experience. I understand sand storms but a 5 star hotel like this would have been perfect if glass windows were clean.

we stayed as we made booking or else we might have shifted to other hotel .
✓ we came at 4 pm and still the rooms weren’t ready . no one even gave something to drink as an apology . service recovery is zero and value for guests is not what Hyatt is known for
✗ Staff courtesy is not seen . even we had a check in delay nothing was looking like a concern for them .

Regency Suite is 63 sq meters with 1 bedroom with 1 king bed, a living room and a bathroom. Please be advised that all our Regency suite has king size bed and not twin beds.
