I’d gladly return and would recommend it
✓ so close for an independent traveller who likes walking or using public transport. Roomy. Most space I’ve had in a hotel in Japan.
✗ The occasional street noise. Thankfully within Okayama honeycomb of one way streets do not a lot of traffic.

Exceptional
✓ Very clean hotel, the self check-in and check-out were very easy to use. Moreover, we were very impressed with the size of the room compared to the other accommodations we booked during our Japan trip. The location was also very good and within walking distance of the main station. 10/10, would recommend it.

✓ Space for 4 people with luggage. Shower space big enough for 8 people. Very short walk to main station.
✗ Microwave was a little weak.

✓ The hotel is about 5 minutes walking distance from train station. The room is clean and comfortable. The facilities are new and modern with a mini pantry.
✗ It is a completely self service hotel without staff. The customer should note the email message written in Japanese from the hotel regarding the check in requirement before arrival.
