✗ - Bed was not prepared for our child, just bed linen on the sofa with expectation of us to setup the bed and put bedsheets on, etc. Disaster.. - No separate shower gel, shampoo and conditioner at all, my wife was really upset.. - Arrogant manager at reception trying to convince us that it is Polish 5* hotel and if we want real 5* the. we need to pay for upgrade… - Balcony views to another balconies reminded me about communist panel houses
