Clean and quiet apt close to beach

✓ Proximity to airport and beach. Plus had a pool and gave one a self catering option. Staff are great ! Immaculate apartment.

✗ Beds are a wee bit on the hard side. And do heartily recommend following tips from the management about getting around. It’s quite the walk to the center.

✓ I loved how peaceful and quiet it was and that the beach was a 2 minute walk. The staff were super kind and helpful.

✗ it is a bit further out from Barcelona city so having a car would of been useful as we had to use the taxi app “freenow” a lot

✓ Location, the two floor layout of the apartment. The proximity to a bus stop. Lovely pool. Friendly and accommodating staff.

✗ The sofa bad was dirty and the apartment had a draft from the downstairs. Not close to a shop.

The ceiling cracking sound was really annoying.

✓ Close to sea

✗ The ceiling was making cracking sound. We couldn’t get a good sleep at night. Internet was poor above the stars.

Fabulous

✓ Staff was super nice :) Pool is great. The room is quite small, but has everything you need. The location is great - really close to the beach and the bus station is right in front of the apartment.

✗ The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The air-condition does not work properly - it is either too cold downstairs and fine upstairs or fine downstairs and too hot upstairs. The wifi connection is really weak (it only worked by the pool and sometimes at the balcony.

Good value for money in a nice location.

✓ Armand is an exceptional host. Building exterior looks first class and the pool is very nice.

✗ WiFi is a bit slow and more importantly the floor mattresses could be improved.
