Perfect short break!
✓ Location was great, the accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very stylish cosy place to stay and extremely clean. The village pub had lovely food and friendly staff. Would happily return.

Sail House is pet friendly. There is a pet charge of £10 per dog. Payable in cash left on departure in the house. Maximum 2 dogs. Please include note on your booking you are bringing 2 dogs.

The nearest shop is Walsingham Farm Shop approx 2 miles. Closest supermarket is Co-Op in Wells-next-the-sea, 2 miles or Fakenham, 7 miles - Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl and a Little Waitrose in the Shell Garage. Nearest beach is Wells-next-the-sea

Yes, a max of 2 dogs. Pet charge £10 per dog. Small ornamental front garden not fully enclosed opening to off street parking. Also small enclosed patio off the kitchen/living room. Any damage to furnishings & rugs must be reported charges may apply

The property is located in the small village of Wighton a few miles from Wells-next-the-Sea. Although it is on the High Street, it is in a quiet location opposite the local pub. The roads around the village are rural and OK for walking your dog.
