A good and affordable place to stay in Bad Wörishofen, if you don't expect top performance in all areas.

✓ Very courteous staff, modern renovated rooms and a well selected evening menu.

✗ Wellness facilities are outdated, the cleanliness of the facilities can be improved, buffet not at a high level in terms of variety.

Nice place, great food, great facilities. Not for young couples, mostly mature visitors.

✓ Wellness and food. We could stay as long as we want after check out, and enjoyed the wellness area free of charge. The beds were so soft and comfortable. We both slept like babies. It was very quiet and relaxing. Definitely for couples, not for families with children/teenagers.

✗ After booking, the hotel called to inform us that it was overbooked and offered us a single room, which we reluctantly accepted. As it was my birthday and most other places were fully booked. Surprisingly, we were still charged the full price of a double room, even though I inquired about a possible discount. Overall, this hotel lacked a personal, human touch, and some of the staff seemed robotic. When we requested the wine list during dinner, they couldn't find one, so we ended up ordering the house rose wine, which was not the best quality. The majority of guests seemed all retired. There was no music at the pool, or bar making it clear that the hotel caters more towards mature visitors and is not ideal for young couples. It was also peculiar that most people didn't greet each other.

✓ I have enjoyed all aspect of my stay there. The room was big, comfortable in and we'll equipped. The restaurant was really nice and the breakfast buffet has a Huge selection of products. As usual in my reviews, staff from hotel and restaurant was great.
