Would be excellent if they provide air conditioning or fan

✓ Excellent view

✗ - Very hot inside the rooms with no air conditioning. We request for a fan but they didn't provide. - early check out time 10:00AM - mosquitoes inside because of hot and a little humid inside rooms. - no daily rooms cleaning as written

Wonderful two weeks, quality of fixtures and fittings let the apartment down, with railway and road in front being probl

✓ Beautiful view of lake - right next to busy road and railway line, which wasn’t clear in advance - would be noisy in summer with windows open.

✗ Smart TV lacking in main living room - there is a DVD player but no renting of DVDs, so useless if you don’t speak German (for TV). Ventilation in bathroom non existent (extractor fans don’t work despite asking for them to be fixed) drainage of water clearly a problem too. Fittings in bedrooms let the quality down - drawers and cupboard doors don’t stay shut. No mirrors in bedrooms.

✗ Kitchen is not so convenient, had to dry skiing boots in appartment, as in hotel is cold premise for skis.

yes, no problem at all. for late check-ins, we store a key for our guests at the property and send all information on arrival day via Handy

Good afternoon, we have Apartments in the first floor, but there is a elevator in the buidling. There are Apartments which give you the feeling that you are in the ground floor, there is a terrace and no balcony. Please have a look at the pictures.
