"Excellent family ski holiday
✓ The apartments all had new appliances and were very clean with modern comforts. The wifi was good and the residence is only one street away from the main street with the restaurants and shops. The staff were all excellent.
✗ I have very little to complain about but as a productive suggestion to the team, it would be better if more 'essential items' were complimentary - we were only given a few toilet rolls and told that these would only be refilled once during the stay, essentially having to buy our own toilet rolls and salt/pepper/dishwasher tablets. These are small ticket items for the hotel to supply which shouldn't be the guests' responsibility in my opinion.

✓ Very luxurious and very friendly staff particularly the on-site ski shop who made our holiday with their assistance, advice and very friendly nature
✗ We paid over the odds for 5 star accommodation and did not expect to be ripped off for transport and not compensated when lift pass situation went wrong. This was mainly the fault of the computer system which was out of the residency’s control but they could and should have made sure we were compensated
