It was a nice week but the unit needed drastic updates
✓ Location was great
✗ Unit not very clean. Needed updates. Very busy. Loud. Washing machine only had hot even when using cold settings. TVs old and signal weak. Comforter had blood stains. Outside furniture was broken. Paint and ceiling needed paint.

Yes, this condo is on the 15th floor hence the 1535. In most high rise buildings in a 4 digit room # the 1st 2 digits are the floor # & in a 3 digit room # the 1st digit is the floor #. Hope that helps.

It's vacant for those dates. You are welcome to book it. Also, it's the the 15th floor.

Depending on your dates. Our policy is half upfront and balance paid 30 days prior to arrival. I am willing to do $500 up front and balance 45 days prior to arrival but that's as far as I will hold a reservation with the least amount of money.
