beautiful location on a small mountain with a nice view over toscana and really cool hosts.
✓ large area with a big house, separated pool, whirlpool and sauna (infrared). really awesome hosts. they did even prepared a dinner for our group with regional specialities.

✓ The view is spectacular and the house is very nice. Pool area is also very nice and we used it a lot. The owners were very friendly and they served us a tuscan dinner one evening. Just a heads up, they live in the house next to this house. This didn't bother us as they are very friendly and unintrusive.
✗ The wi-fi did not work well and we ran out of hot water in the evenings. When we arrived the house was quite cold, but this was in early May with cold evenings.

We could have an apartment on the ground floor in the main building. It has 1 step to reach the bathroom. Furthermore in the main house there is also a bedroom on the ground floor… at least 2 steps

Sure they can . We listed for adults because we have no safe guard: the children are allowed under responsibility of an adult

The building is composed by 3 apartments. AirCo is present in the smallest apartment. However there is no particular problem: we can provide for a ventilator.. but in the evening it is quite fresh

The closest coast town is Castiglione della Pescaia (very nice place). It is about 2 hours by car.
