Good cabin nestled in the woods for an off-the-grid weekend away.

✓ The house was very clean and stocked well. It was very cozy to stay in after four nights backpacking in the Ouchita Forest. The hot tub was clean and very enjoyable as well! The property was surrounded by trees so you truly feel like you're tucked away in the woods.

✗ The Wifi was not working, and the internet company did not come to fix it when I was told they would. Unfortunately, the TV works off wifi, so we weren't able to watch TV also. I know it's good to unplug for the weekend, but after being off the grid for four days, it would have been nice to check in with family via wifi since cell service was poor. The owner said the internet goes out during the rain sometimes, which seemed a little odd, so just be prepared for the amenities offered to not be available during your stay.
