Great place to stay just alight problem with WiFi and noise

✓ It was in a great location, the room was large and breakfast was good

✗ The room did not receive WiFi and data was unavailable in the room. There was also alot of noise at night and there was no soap initially to shower with as well

Exactly what I needed for my first time traveling to Germany!

✓ Everything was perfect in my opinion! The location is great for access to Europa Park. It was my first travels to Germany and I am beyond impressed with the level of cleanliness and service that I received as a guest. I have fallen in love with this part of Germany in just one week.

✓ The location was perfect for Europa park, like a 3 mon walk around the corner, nice big sized room and very clean and all staff friendly.

✗ Was not a massive fan of the breakfast and I understand it won't be the same as at home but it was ediable.

✓ The staff was nice the location is not too far away from the Park so that's a plus

✗ I don't know if they gave me that room bc i was alone but, the room itself looked like it hadn't been checked for ages. I can't explain it otherwise there was a lightbulb missing, there should have been instructions for the electronic gadgets that are inside. And there was water damage coupled with growing mold. Also the entire time I was there the tv didn't work and the wifi also was not entirely there, those two days that I stayed. I said all those things at the reception so I hope it will be checked out...
