✗ only 2 packets of shower gel for my 4 night stay. Had to take out trash to the ground floor. Only 1 out of the 2 dryers was working and I had to go back several times just to check if the dryer was still use

✓ I liked the convenience to the sites in Avignon with a supermarket which had pretty much everything I needed for a weeks stay. It was clean and comfy, staff friendly.

✗ It’s not so much the property’s fault but the balcony room overlooks a road junction where u can hear traffic, which isn’t too bad apart from a few loud exhaust pipes to modified cars and motorcycles but apart from that it was fine. I hear it in London far more then here so it wasn’t too much an issue.

You get what you pay for

✓ Location was excellent for the city, as well as the train station. Staff were very helpful.

✗ Although the bed linen was spotless, the room was very dusty, particularly the floor. Only one towel per person is provided free of charge and I think I've got a bigger handkerchief, so that could have been improved upon.

✓ It was close to the sights, the river and a 15 min walk to the restaurants within the castle wall

✗ That the remote for the tv was fixed to not change language and when I went to the desk to ask what to do I was told I was in France and its only in French...with disbelief in the person's attitude!!!!
