Don’t go if you want any kind of customer service
✓ The location would have been perfect in the summer but not in the winter so much.
✗ The staff were very unfriendly and no help at all just shrugging there shoulders. The breakfast was diabolical and should never have been advertised the way it was. There was hardly any choice for the buffet breakfast and the bread, what there was of it was as hard as rock, there was no fruit as advertised, the coffee out of the machine was Luke warm. They only had a carton of orange np other choice. Only one slot in the toaster worked. There were no staff in the breakfast room to help or refresh any items. For €11 it was a total waste of money as the only edible thing was a croissant. We mentioned it on check out and the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders. Staff training on customer service is necessary.

✓ Rooms are pretty nice and clean with all facilities, the view of rooms is beautiful.
✗ The pool was closed, staff werent professional enough, but they were pretty kind. Breakfast wasn't really great, but it was ok and i think it was a bit expensive. Hotel is far from the city center, and the transportation system is not good enough, so going to the city might be a problem. Although, the view is great but the neighborhood is not a good one.
