Poor communication from the hotel throughout.

✗ The deposit is not mentioned throughout the booking process, whilst fine it would be appreciated if the staff were more upfront about this. We also had the code to the building changed without out knowledge and we’re stuck outside. There is no one on the desk in the evening so we could not enter. If it wasn’t for another guest coming back we would have been stuck outside all night. The lack of apology or explanation from the staff was unacceptable.

Basic facilities, the bakery on the corner 50m from the hotel is a must for quiche!

✗ very basic room, getting into the car park was a nightmare! very difficult to find, and not really very logical how to get in - once into the car park, the next door closes, locking you in - if you don't have a mobile phone to call reception to ask for help, you will sleep in your car!
