A fantastic location in Rust for Europa-Park and Rulantica

✓ We had fantastic communication from the hotel before our stay and questions were answered quickly. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but received a warm welcome on arrival and we were able to complete paperwork to save time later. We got instructions on accessing our room in the afternoon, and after a day at the theme park we were able to pick our keycard up straight away and access our room. We were met with a modern, good sized room with balcony which was ideal for relaxing at the end of a day at the theme park or waterpark. The pool is a great way to cool off on very warm days, while the fridge on the landing with various drinks in to purchase at any time of day was much appreciated. The key code entry into the building also allowed our party to return at different times after the theme park, or food and drinks at the nearby restaurants. The hotel sits on the hotel side of Rust, which means a short 10-15 minute stroll to Europa-Park in the morning, and a similar distance for the waterpark Rulantica. Once the theme park closes, you're able to exit at the Spanish entrance for the Europa-Park's official hotels, meaning a shorter 5 minute walk back to the apartment. Some of our party have now stayed multiple times at this property, and we plan to return for another trip later in the year.

✗ A minor point, but a fan to improve air flow upstairs from the air conditioning downstairs would have been ideal to improve comfort when the weather is particularly hot.

✓ Really new property that was very clean and to a high standard. Check in was simple and the staff member was friendly.

✗ The air con in our room didn’t work, but wasn’t too hot so it wasn’t really required.
