Very good

✓ Good space, clean, and location was good. Very good restaurant around the corner.

✗ Although there was a hot water cattle and tea bags, there was no coffee. I had to buy mine from the supermarket.

✗ The noise. I think the hotel is next to the club and mosque. The music would go in until the early hours and when try to sleep after that noise then the prayer began! The noise was really awful.

✓ Hotel facilities in general which was quite new. Window view from high stories was also quite nice. Very constant wifi connection.

✗ No fridge. Less power outlets. No safe box. No alcohol drinks available nearby.

✓ I had booked a Deluxe Double room but was upgraded free-of-charge (without requesting) to a Junior Suite upon check-in. The room was very nice - clean, spacious, comfortable bed, plenty of cupboard space, a good-sized balcony offering a beautiful view of the city. The air-conditioning worked the whole time, the street noise could not be heard once the windows were closed. And I did not see a single mosquito (very important as there are no mosquito nets in the room) nor cockroach during my entire stay. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly. Two water bottles were supplied daily and tea bags.

✗ As other people have written, i found the tea facilities being next to the bathroom sink not very hygienic - there is a desk in the bedroom that could easily house the tray with the tea-cups, kettle, and the 2 free daily water-bottles. The toilet did block a couple of times, but housekeeping promptly took care of it. I slipped and fell in the bathtub one time (entirely my fault, the bathtubs are not slippery and shower sandals are provided) and hurt myself, but when i asked the hotel for ice-cubes they said they had none and took no steps to find some. And as there is no fridge in the room, i had to go and find ice in another establishment! A bar or restaurant is really missing from the Hotel - the restaurant next door, although providing a delivery service, is mediocre. All the channels on the TV were pay per view. The hotel only occupies parts of the building, the other parts belong to private persons - at breakfast, for example, some of these private persons use the breakfast area to exit the building.
