Rental office , not the owner or the facility itself .
✓ Location
✗ -The rental office refuses credit card and asks for cash. -They take 500 LE as insurance for rental which is not included in Booking.com deal. - Not able to use all porto facilities , only 1 poor swimming pool which is small and crowded
