✓ The staff at the camp are lovely!! They put in a lot of effort to make sure you enjoy your stay. The camp is nice but not like the pictures, lower your expectations and you’ll enjoy your stay.
✗ The manager was aggressive when trying to sell us the extra “activities” (4x4 tour, ATV sunset trip, camel rides etc etc.), it set a really bad tone for the trip. The shower was a pretty miserable dribble and the dinner was odd (a kind of Italian and Moroccan mix of dishes). Also just FYI we re-read the reviews and every second guest seems to be called “Carlos” and some of the guests have written word for word the same review haha.
✓ Fabulous night at The camp. Thank you all the team for your kindness and good care. Parking for 4x4 on site, sunrise and sunset on site for those who do not want to travel by camel, personally, it was the ideal place for me. Great meal, highly recommend this place.
✓ It was wonderful, good food, nice personeel, very atmospheric place (camp), good beds, clean, very quiet, the dunes, the evening light, a lovely, private camel ride in the beautiful dunes - like 1001 nights We were just10 people at the camp - that was really heaven -but we heard that it can get quite full with up to 40 people at the camp, so check in advance if this matters to you
✗ Transport to the camp is not included in het price, you have to pay a steep 25 euro per person to be driven to the camp by car or 35 to get there and back by camel or 50 to get there by camel an back by car It was very hot at night, in the tent we had 40 degrees celsius, outside 36 still at midnight - yes, it's the desert in summer (beginning of august), but just don't expect cooling down at night really
✓ Was nice experience in desert , and everything was amazing, food was delicious tent was so clean, everything was good organize.
✗ Amazing tours in camp
✓ 100% reccomended, people are Extremely nice, had the best coffee ever throughout the holiday! We choose the car to go to the camp and camels to come back and it was the best option ever. The tour brings you to see a palm farm, listen to traditional music and sand boarding! camp is amazing and very well organized with comfy beds and hot water! Food as well is very good! Totally reccomended we had an amazing first experience in the desert :)
✓ The service is incredibly warm and professional from the first moment you arrive you feel genuinely taken care of, especially by the awesome, helpful and humble Mustafa. The camp is very clean with a beautiful, traditional designs on the interiors which are cosy and safe. Very peaceful and relaxed environment in the dunes with great activities to do during the day and nice campfire/ musical jams at night under the beautiful sahara stars. The food exceeded our expectations with huge portions and original recipes which break up the regular pattern of food you may have been eating at other restaurants in Morroco. The guys really care for your experience and work hard to provide extra details that make it stand out from any other accommodation we stayed at in Morroco. Amazing value for the money and a perfect place to get away from the world for a moment.
