✓ Convenient to the party across the street..

✗ It’s wasn’t very clean, for the price it needs to be upgraded the curtains and comforters was dingy. The bathrooms wasn’t that clean the water, first came out brown. And the breakfast food was a mess one type biscuits wrapped in paper, and waffle that’s it.

✗ The unpredictable vibe, the judgmental room/floor placement and the lack of proper cleaning especially with COVID amongst other things going around, I would assume more efficient cleaning but maybe it was just the rooms on the first floor where it would seem that all the “party” people placed if you know what I mean. I wasn’t there more than an hour and I paid $100
