Lovely rooms but incredibly noisy
✓ Refurbed rooms were very modern and comfortable
✗ THE NOISE! Couldn’t get to sleep til after 2am every night cos of the karaoke that was on til 2!

✗ Room equipment needs replacing, kettle and hob. It also needs a toaster This hotel is very loud at night, especially from 10pm when tribute acts start. There is almost one every night. Not good if you want a bit of peace. It’s the main hotel with late evening entertainment. This said, the acts were very good.

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff and in a good location. Good value for money.
✓ Pool and surroundings were spotless. Food at the pool bar was excellent and really good value for money. The rooms were spotless on arrival and serviced regularly to keep them up to standard. All in all good value for money and in a good location for restaurants and the beach.
✗ A couple of things that would help to improve the kitchen and bathroom areas. 1. A dish drainer rack or provide a tea towel for the crockery and cutlery so items can be dried more efficiently / hygienically. 2. A floor squidgy or mop to clear the excess water that escapes the shower tray as there is no enclosure to contain it. Just a small towel to step out onto just isn’t sufficient. From a safety point of view the floor remained too wet and I felt it was a contestant slipping hazard. (2 bedrooms apartment being shared by four adults)

You could have one deluxe studio and we could add a baby cot in the room (there is no space for an extra bed). The type of deluxe apartment has 2 different bedrooms, 2 deluxe studios are separate rooms. Thank you
