✓ Absolutely everything. It was clean, comfortable and very modern with some tasteful older furnishings. The bedroom was massive and the bed was hotel standard. The bathroom is very modern and well fitted out. It is in a very quiet location in a nice village.
✗ The squadron of owls that seemed to like having a chat at around 0300 😂

Perfect for weddings!
✓ I booked Sycamore for my wedding at a Cripps venue, which meant that I was also getting ready there with my bridesmaids, hair and makeup artists and mum. It was absolutely perfect; lots of space, great outside area, beautiful bathroom and shower with large mirror, lovely bedroom and sociable breakfast bar. The owner was lovely and even cleaned the room for us after we left for the venue and tied ribbons around the apartment to make it extra special! It was all just perfect and I am so glad we decided to book here! Highly recommend.

That is a question for booking platform. It depends if they use spot rate or spot rate plus or indeed there own market rate.

If we can host you but you cannot come to the property for whatever reason (e.g. local lockdown, quarantine) normal Booking Terms apply. If we cant host you due to local lockdown where the cottage is located we will offer a refund or reschedule

I am afraid that is because unless the booking is outside 60 days of arrival it is not free to cancel. We have record bookings at the moment and therefore it is important that books are valid In lockdown it is free to cancel. Hope this helps, Lee
