✓ Proximity to airport as well as train station. Really good restaurant/bar.
✗ There was construction ongoing on that particular stay which resulted in kind-of-maze and long way from reception/restaurant to my room.
✓ Clean Easy to get shuttle bus Nice staffs
✗ The directions for finding the room were suboptimal. With the construction going on it is a labyrinth and after a log flight you prefer not to waste 30 minutes trying to find your room. The shower needs to come with instructions.... difficult to figure out how to use and how to avoid geting all the bathroom wet
✓ Proximity to airport Cigar lounge very nice
✗ The whole reception and lounge areas smelled like sewer. I spoke with the staff about this and they mentioned that it is because of the nearby construction in the airport. They should do something about it.
✓ Staff were wonderful, excellent walking distance to/from airport gates, excellent location to the trains
✗ It was just blah; construction was happening and my room was on the ghetto side and to get there I had to go to the basement to walk and transfer to an other bank of elevators - honestly it was really, really overpriced. I was shocked by the cost in conjunction with what the rooms and hotel looked like. This should have cost 100 euros less for what you were getting.
✓ Location was outstanding since my meeting was in the FAC
✗ Construction made getting to and from room a pain
✓ Easy access from the train station and to the airport terminal.
✗ Food is bit expensive
✓ The room was very clean and neat.
✗ 1. They did not explain the €50 retainer before deducting it from my account. I only expect them to inform me when I check in. Communication is the key-word. 2. It is the first time ever that I had to make a commitment of any money for using Wifi in my room. You have free wifi in your lobby for anyone but you inhouse guests have to pay. 3. I do understand that you are busy refurbishing your hotel. The directions to all the lifts was no where to find. Your directions 'go down to E1 and then in another lift to your floor' was very confuding. Where is this first lift and then where is the other lift? All the people that I saw coming in the first time was just as confused as I was. Just remember all your guests who is paying for the convenience of being so close to the airport may not know your hotel, your country or your language. We are tired after our first journey and stressed about the next one. Just make our stay as easy as possible.
