Villa Kalypso Infinity Pool Villa

Spectacular view, but the details made our stay not perfect

✓ The best thing about the villa is the view. You are literally on top o a seaside cliff.

✗ There are a couple of things: - the villa gives you the impression it is not finished (for example: they changed our pool chairs after a couple of days, the pool has some cheap cables at the side instead of glass panels) and the photos do not reflect what you find (sofa is black, pool chairs are different, etc). - although we stayed 7 nights, the cleaning service came after 6 days. They did not do a good job. - at night you could see rats lurking near the pool which was disturbing - on our first day we threw a party until midnight inside the villa (to specify that the music was not outside) and the next day we got complains from the travel agency (the only interaction we had) about loud music. I cannot understand how being in the middle of nowhere and having the music inside can disturb someone. This was a bummer for us because we booked this villa to be able to throw a party - getting to the villa is an adventure, there is no GPS location and the road signs are not updated. We were sent an information on how to get to the villa, but this did not help at all. Also, you need to be a good driver to manage the road to the villa - the villa has no front entry door for on premise access. In one night a pizza guy scared my wife because he got to the wrong address. Literally everyone can get in the villa on premise - although the villa is well equiped with appliances, it is missing some things that make the difference (coffee capsules - it has some hard to find ones, matches to light the grill, etc) - sometimes the wind can be very strong. The BBQ grill is not well made (it has wholes on the side) and we had to cancel a BBQ because of the risk of burning the surroundings. I think this needs to fixed ASAP for safety reasons. - you are in the middle of nowhere (15-20 minutes access to everything) without a possibility to make a BBQ and throw a party
