✓ This is our second stay with Les Balcons in Belle Plagne. The place could definitely do with a some modernisation however that didn’t affect our stay at all. The property offers ski in/ski out, I would probably say it’s not the easiest for beginners but if you don’t mind a short walk to easier slopes to start with, it’s great. I would recommend this hotel for families as it allows you to be all together and we were surprised with the kitchen facilities, although limited, it had everything we needed. There is also a lovely pizzeria/bar downstairs that has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food for reasonable prices (in the mountains).
✗ The only negative I have to say is that the lift broke down on our last night of the stay and we were on the top floor leaving at 5am to get to the airport. Definitely not what we needed that early but these things happen.
