✓ Everything about Hotel Cort was excellent. Jose and Natalia were extremely welcoming and helpful. We had lost our way coming back from the Port. I reached out to Hotel Cort via What's app, and Natalia instantly responded. She gave me directions and put me at ease with her kind words. The service, the rooms, and the hospitality is beyond expectations. Wish I could stay longer. Hope I can go back to Hotel Cort again.

You will feel pampered here and enjoy the close adjacencies to explore this lovely small city!

✓ EVERYTHING! The room was GORGEOUS, the hotel was GORGEOUS, the restaurant was GORGEOUS! The brunch was so yummy, the dinner at the restaurant on the adorable piazza there was delicious with yummy cocktails... it was walkable to everything we wanted to do in the heart of the city. Beautiful views of the plaza below and surrounding buildings from our room. They even had an AIR QUALITY (CO2) monitor in the restaurant/lobby which was SO lovely to see in the age of COVID as it helped us feel more comfortable dining inside for breakfast (to eat our delicious breakfast buffet there every morning!) The room was well appointed - even with really high quality soaps/shampoos, etc. It was also very family-friendly for such an elegant hotel. Highly, highly recommend!!! Photos I'm adding are views from our room of the plaza below and surrounding beautiful historic buildings. Just a lovely setting and nice to not have car traffic immediately outside the building.

✓ Everything was perfect! Location, staff, room, food. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Our greeting at reception was exceptional and set the mood for a wonderful stay. Our suites were beautiful, with amazingly comfortable beds. All linen was gorgeous. Our suites were a combination of traditional and contemporary in feel and completely in line with the age and style of hotel. Thank you so much! I will place a review on trip advisor when time allows.

✗ Maybe a little more detail (plants etc) to the roof splash pool area would be good, although towels and sun beds and pool all great quality.

Perfect stay in the perfect location

✓ I received a free upgrade to a suite which was really lovely. Loved the décor, especially the tiled shower, and appreciated the Molton Brown bath products, a sign of quality. The bed is something else! It is huge, comfortable and the pillows were exactly as I like them. I slept very well during my two night stay. The welcome drink of choice was a nice touch, and I chose a gin and tonic and they had the brands I like. The bar and restaurant area is nicely decorated and I enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace café each morning. The chicken salad I had on the first evening was very tasty. There is an area assigned for hotel guests only, which is a good idea as the café is also popular with tourists. The staff on reception were both so warm and friendly and helped me enormously as my suitcase was delayed. The location of the hotel is perfect in my opinion. I had never been to Palma before and I am thrilled to have chosen Hotel Cort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Palma.
