Excellent for a one night stay in beautiful Tivoli

Fabulous
✓ Tivoli was wondrous and the price tag of ~50€/night seemed fair enough. Communication was great and swift. Host was very kind and helpful. I stayed on the top floor and the room was spotless. I'd recommend and book again in a heartbeat.

Claustrophobia
✓ The air conditioning and wifi actually functioned, quite unusual for southern Italy.
✗ An insanely small room, feeling more like a closet. I could rise from the bed and touch both the opposing walls and the ceiling beams. A single plug for the entire room. Despite confirming arrival time multiple times in advance and bringing the required cash payment (quite odd these days, no?) no one was at the B&B at the appointed time. There is no cell phone service in this medieval section of Tivoli so there was an uphill 10 minute walk in the 100F heat to find a signal to waken the host. I recommend that solo travelers look elsewhere.

All in all this is a great Value for money, and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Beautiful city of Tivo
