✗ Prefer the loft section with the 2 floors over the tower with multiple floors stairways and levels to try to find your room. We downgraded for convenience with the loft as it was how much easier to get to place.

✓ Great location, beautiful gardens, average breakfast, I was on the 1st floor and had a group above me that (it sounded like) they were "Riverdancing."

✓ Good location, nice decoration, clean room and comfy bed
✗ we arrived at 8:30 pm and we the restaurant was already closed and there were no option to order to the room. also my friend is handicapped, they don't have elevator and a girl at the reception didn't have anyone to help take the things upstairs.
