Hello would you be able to accomodate 5 adults?  Two rooms the second room a family room?  2nd Jan 23 to 12 Jan 23.  Would a family suite fit us all?

Hi , given the 400m to the nearest ski lift, does  the hotel provide shuttle to and from the lifts?

The hotel itself does not provide privatized shuttles. All buses in town (free) stop at the station just outside the hotel, the very next stop being the main lift station. (Alternatively, it is a straight forward walk.)

1. is there a balcony? and is the views overlooking the mountain or the town?

Many thanks for your message. Not all the Attic deluxe have got balcony hence we cannot guarantee it when booking a room. The rooms do not have microwave only the in the Grand Studio you have a smaller kitchenette but not a micro. Thanks

It entails that the windows have a special 3-glass solution and also the doors are extra strong with extra insulation (lining).

We do not have parking at the hotel but due to our convenient central location, there are many public parking lots near by. The closest parking is called Marais Verts, it is a secure underground garage located just 100m from the hotel.

Hi! I want to book a room but I what happens if 1 week before arrival Switzerland closes it’s borders because of covid? Is there free cancellation?

The hotel will provide a 100% refund if travel restrictions are communicated to the hotel up to 48h before arrival if guest is unable to enter Switzerland imposed by the Swiss government OR the government of the Guest’s domicile country

Such closure alone is highly unlikely, i.e. that would reasonably be paired with quarantine or restrictions = 100% refund. hoteldeverbier.com/covid-19-terms/ . Still, depending on how many nights/persons we could add a closure guarantee.
