✓ The people who managed and worked at the property were wonderful, always helpful and gracious. The location couldn’t have been better as we had breathtaking views of the abeam sea and Santorini landscape. The food was wonderful especially the Shrimp .

✗ The only thing that would have made our stay better would be an additional language rack/valet in our room.

✓ In addition to being located in the perfect spot in Oia, with gorgeous 180 degree views, and quaint and lovely rooms, the food and drink offerings were exceptional as well. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I truly believe we have made friends for life.

✗ There is nothing to say against the hotel. Just be aware that there are many steps up and down, so avail yourself of the extremely reasonable fee of €10 per bag for someone to carry your bag for you.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff in a beautiful location.

✓ My stay at Pearl of Caldera was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served in the reception’s kitchen area and you can take it back to your room/patio. There were a wide variety of toasts, cakes, egg dishes, Greek yogurt and other options. It rained one day I was there but I was still able to go for a swim in the pool, which has beautiful views of Santorini and the surrounding islands. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Breathtaking views, comfortable and chic stay with helpful concierge service.

✓ Private location but steps to the main strip. Breathtaking views. Loved having the breakfast ready just outside the room. Helpful concierge service. Overall very chic stay and got the full Santorini experience.

✗ The room was a bit damp as you are staying in a cave, but was a very cool experience and wonderful stay.

✓ Beautiful view and beautiful design of the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect (lots of steps, but that’s for most of Santorini), close to anything you might need and close to the sunset view. The hostess (Jola) was very available when you needed help and was not too formal with guests. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was as expected and plenty.

✗ I wouldn’t go here if you like the warmth and hospitality of personal hosts / personal business since this hotel is part of a chain of hotels and they just work with a lot of staff coming and going.
