✓ Location right by the hospital. Room basic but clean.
✗ No staff available at arrival and no way to do a self-check-in. The bed is not very comfortable. I got woken twice about the payment, which wasn't helpful

Fabulous
✓ The staff is really friendly and helpful, cosy room and great value for money. Breakfast was really tasty and there was a good choice. Adjacent to the hospital.
✗ There is no grocery shop nearby and I did not have a car. The only major minus were the sheets- even though you could see they were washed the pillow covers were stained badly.

The price and the premises were acceptable for a short stay.
✓ Breakfast was okay, mostly sweet stuff. I appreciated the early breakfast time. Closeness to the hospital with direct connected parking house. Bed was comfortable.
✗ Employee at the reception was not really customerfriendly, did only talk/explain the bare minumum. My bill and my ID card were left on the table of the reception, although no one was there, everyone had access to it - this is not acceptable (safety and data privacy?)! The bathroom and especially the kitchen were not clean, partially with molds, tools in the kitchen were not properly cleaned, so I didn't want to use anything of them. Also the table with its decoration in the bedroom were dirty.

Good customer service
✓ Staff are very willing to help and assist with some issues that were easily resolved especially the cafe staff who is multitasking as a room attendant...my go-to person when I need something...that made my stay hassle-free and pleasant..HIGHLY APPRECIATED....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
✗ Needs better signage for directions to the hotel itself and other facility like the coffee shop as there is none...you can't guess it was the coffee shop and the hotel.

Disappointing
✓ The price was reasonable. The breakfast was good and as expected
✗ This is a hotel that has no decorations and very barren. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again because it felt so impersonal. One night is more than enough.

The best place in town.
✓ Great value for money. Build no more than 2 years ago. large room, large shower, fully equipped kitchen in a independent room, powerfull AC, large terrace, available parking (paid or free). Located at the heart of the city, totally silent except 9am to 12am.
✗ The cleaning staff chats loudly in the corridor form 9am to 12am.
