✓ Beautiful room, bathroom, and balcony. Lovely pool too. I liked the eco-conscious touches. Nice and quiet. Very clean. Bar/restaurant staff was excellent. Decent value for a higher end hotel. Great breakfast!
✗ Restaurant essentially only one vegetarian option for the lunch/dinner options. The street/alley leading from the beach to the hotel had a lot of trash on it.

✓ From the owner to the staff everything was perfect. The customer service is top notch. The entire staff make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Also most of the staff speak English which is a plus

✓ I’ve now stayed at 4 places on Roatan and this was my favourite - more so than a more expensive resort. The hotel was immaculate - clean, new and modern. They have thought about the little things such as hanging for wet bathers etc. 2pm check in and they let me use the pool until the shuttle arrived. Staff went above and beyond, were polite, friendly and helpful. Pool use 24/7. Excellent included breakfast. Netflix on TV.

✗ There’s no iron. The bed was too firm and the comforter was so thin. No elevator. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough.

Hello, we do not provide beach chairs but there are many bars, restaurant and club at the beach where you can use its for free ordering something to drink or eat. There are also few places where you can rent kayaks.
