Great location, bright accommodations, and exceptional staff!
✓ The apartment (#5) and room (#4) were bright, clean and and modern appointments. The staff that we met, Christopher and Paulo, were exceptional! They were both professional, helpful, and friendly. I couldn't give it full stars based on the fact that they did not have actual face/wash cloths, and the coffee, tea, and in-room available snacks were very over-priced. We understood that Milan was expensive but based on the price of the accommodations, these small items should have been included or priced more moderately. Good location to get to other areas in Milan, as well as close to Milan Cathedral and commercial shopping. Overall, we would likely stay here again.

Big room close to the Milan dome
✓ The place is very well located: 5 minutes from the dome and almost across the street from bus 73 which takes you to the airport. I loved the big airy room and bathroom with AC. The hosts were responsive (thank you!)
✗ Suggestion: you might take into consideration adding an iron to the room. :) (I was happy with my stay, though, and I would come back)

✓ The host and guest services staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is exceptional and the room is comfortable.

✓ The reception was more than excellent, the staff there are very respectful The location is perfect, the room very comfortable and refreshingly clean. When I decide to revisit Milan, I will stay here for sure. Special thanks to Chris and Paulo for their kind help.
