✓ The location was beautiful and a great base being in the middle of the island so it takes around 45 minutes to get anywhere The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Dinner was the highlight of the trip The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and spacious Staff were friendly and super helpful with lots of recommendations for local restaurants and beaches

One of the nicest places ive stayed in Mallorca.
✓ Beautiful Mallorquín finca with traditional facilities and decor. I travel to the island a lot, and fully intend to make this my number one place to stay. Its about 25 minutes from Palma, but also the same to the North, so in my view a perfect location. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. A lovely traditional spanish breakfast.

Fantastic stay in family run country side villa Apartments/hotel in central Palma
✓ We stayed in the two bedroom villa apt which was big enough and comfortable for a 6 day stay with two teenagers. They loved the separate pool the villas had compared to the hotel side pool. Little kitchen was equipped enough as we only cooked a handful of meals, and ate out in towns (mainly Sineu, had great choices there). Having two separate bathrooms was another great option. Main bedroom had two amazing single mattresses pushed together that parents used, great nights sleep. Location was also great with the villa being about 45mins away from most tourist hot spots on the whole island. Very friendly and helpful family run establishment.
✗ One bedroom had a small double which wasn’t fun for two teenage boys to sleep in, but they managed. Location is directly under the flight path for Palma airport, so when it was rush hour, lots of plane noise. Too bad because we loved the silence of country side with goats, birds and crickets all around.

Stay here! Absolutely the nicest hosts!!
✓ I really liked the overall space of the facility. There was plenty of space to lounge by the pool and other patio space to enjoy. I liked the central location on the island and the super friendliness of the staff.

Great, calm vacation on very nice location!
✓ Great, calm location in the midst of nature. Great finca, kept very well in shape, 2 pools. The apartment had everything one would need, the kitchen is well-equipped and even wifi was strong to do few days of home office/workation. You can walk around the premise, but without a vehicle you will not reach anything. Great with a small car or a scooter. The host is super friendly, speaks good English and all-around helpful. Felt like home from day 1, thank you!

✗ Being English it would have been nice to have had cooked bacon and tomatoes at breakfast and its just a shame that the hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner but apart from that just fabulous

Hello Elli, I only have one room available for those dates, if it is possible to work with the computer in the different common areas, even in the same room. Some outdoor areas such as our patio or the entrance to the hotel have wiffi. Best regards.

Hello, the rooms do not have a kitchen, they have a small minibar to keep something cold, but we only have the flats with kitchen. I hope I have helped you.

I would recommend the double suite with access to the inner courtyard of the hotel, it has a large bed and a sofa bed for the children, it is the most spacious and nicest room in the hotel. if you like apartment , apartment whit 2 rooms.

Yes you have many restaurants in Sineu 5 min whit car, sencelles 8 min whit car or other small village costitx or llubi.

We are not sorry we only allow pets in our apartment area but it is possible if you want to book an apartment to bring your pet, there is also a fenced area for them to play
