Fabulous
✓ Completely satisfactory accommodation in a perfect location. Everywhere was close. The room was perfectly cleaned every day, the towels were clean every day. For 3 adults, the room is a little messy with a smaller closet for clothes. But we didn't mind. The hotel staff was friendly, kind and helpful in everything. Especially Kief from the reception helped us several times and we had a nice chat, thank you very much. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

✓ Great location, excellent check in and check out, reasonable price. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made iur stay enjoyable ! Comfy beds and pillows too, hot water in shower with lots of pressure !

Fabulous
✓ Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch in the mornings. Staff were also super friendly. Location is excellent, short walk to Canal Street station on the metro (R & N trains as well as the 6 train). Lots of shopping in the SoHo neighbourhood (Aritzia, Reformation, Glossier are all within a 5 minute walk of the hotel).
✗ Beds were slightly too small for 2 people to share! Place is slightly expensive as well but I guess that's just New York City for you :, ) Everything else was great though.

✗ Put something better in the rooms than the indoor / outdoor carpet tiles. it's uncomfortable to walk on. Also, better coffee in the rooms would be nice. there also needs to be instructions on how to use the safe.

Good and easy accommodations for people who don't spend much time in room beyond sleeping.
✓ Really nice front desk staff. Decent price considering we booked kind of last minute and it is New York. Comfortable bed, clean room, located near subway lines and lots of good food.
✗ A mini-fridge might have been nice, or an overhead light, but really no complaints.

Unfortunately, we sold out during the night and we don't have a room available for early check-in. We can store any luggage until the check-in time, which is at 3 pm.

You may bring one as long as is a twin-size air mattress, any size larger creates a fire hazard.
