✗ The shower drainage is not draining we have to wait for the engineering team to fix it since the water is now overflowing on the bathroom floor. The room is too bare, not gonna lie it's not worth the money I spent.

✓ Booked 4 rooms for ke and my colleagues. Location was near SPMC where our activity is. Room was big. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was OK. Staff all helpful and friendly
✗ One of the rooms did not have toiletries. The toilet of another room was not clean .

✗ Maintence problems never fixed stationary exercise bike. Saw bugs I my room after treatment. Never solved bug problem after several complaints.

✗ I am so dissapointed with your bed linens and pillows are old already. All towels are super old and looks so dirty, Aircon has leak and water are overflowing at the ceiling, aircon is old and you cannot get the cool temperature. Breakfast has few choices of food and not worth for the price. over all im not happy staying in this hotel. I hope you will make some changes in your towels, bed linens, pillows and room aircon. Thank you.
