Novotel Paris Pont De Sevres

A great location away from the hubbub of the city but close enough to enjoy it when you choose.

✓ The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable with good supportive pillows also. The hotel is within easy distance to both Paris Metro and overland train stations, as well as the bus station too. Loved the proximity to the Seine, which was looking its best during our stay.

✗ Can't think of anything I didn't like.

✗ Let down compared to other Novotels in Europe. Rooms are small and overall the hotel is outdated needs a full refurb. service didn’t live up to expectations either - no value for money

The staff were lovely, the proximity to the concert was great. Despite the bathroom, I would stay here again

✗ I didn’t like that the toilet and bathroom were separate and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom so the condensation made the floors and everything very wet.

✗ The rooms are very outdated, the late night reception service was really bad. I just wanted to check out and they didn't even knew how to create an invoice.

Happy and comfortable trip

✓ The room is quite nice and the staff are very friendly.The breakfast every morning is delicious! I always choose different kinds of good breakfast and fruit in the morning. The room is very big, which is suitable for two people to live in.

✗ The light is so dark in the main room! It will be better if you have a big light in the middle.

✓ was perfectly located for us to visit Versailles and was good value for money, clean

✗ the front desk charged the wrong card after being asked not to and this was annoying. otherwise it was a pleasant stay

Clean, well maintained, friendly service at reception and great breakfasts.

✓ Breakfast, very good, fresh and topped up regularly. Very high standard and wide variety.

✗ Room was in a noisy area close to elevators. Restaurant for dinner, was not so good. French fries (Frites de Maison) were overcooked and oil not fresh. Tried to return to kitchen but the waiter insisted that it was supposed to be this way....that was disappointing.
