The place to be

✓ Very clean and beautiful hotel, and friendly staff. The service was exceptional. Maria (guest relations) was super present and took daily reviews of how we feel. We missed some healthy alternatives at the breakfast and lunch Menue and literally a day after us sharing our wishes they were fulfilled. Sarah (front desk manager) was super nice and helpful and did everything to make our stay as memorable as it turned out to be. Beautiful hotel, followed by super friendly staff. Absolutely happy to be back next year.

✗ no heated pool and the same I’m the spa. I have previously stayed at olea suite this time last year and that hotel was amazing. if contessina had a heated pool and better selection food for the buffet some food item was cold like the rice if they change those 2 things it wools be 10/10 that’s why I give it and 8

✗ gym was a small room and you had to walk to sister hotel. gym was a small room and there was one treadmill and said broken on it which is not professional as a hotel

✓ modern hotel in a good location between the beach and the town center. Swimming pool with comfortable beds and sunbeds and pleasant music, the staff offers resting guests fruit :). Restaurant with tasty dishes, especially sushi. Very good spa with a wide range of massages. Exceptionally friendly service at every turn in the hotel, from the reception, through the restaurant, cleaning. The management personally cares about the rest of the guests, fulfilling the expectations of the guests and making them nice surprises :)

Incredible facilities and the most amazing staff

✓ The staff were amazing, they’ve thought about every little detail. Loved the pool area for lounging about during the day. Spa and indoor pool is incredible. Everything about the hotel is 10/10.
