✓ The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location for a concert is perfect. We walked there and back. No parking worries and it took about 8 minutes each way.

Friendly staff, I felt comfortable as a single female traveler. No bells and whistles but clean and comfortable.

Just absolutely incredible — you must stay here when you're in Palm Beach!

✓ I stayed at the Pioneer Inn as part of a trip I was making across Florida for my birthday (St. Pete, Royal Palm Beach, then Miami). Pioneer Inn was BY FAR the best accommodation I had on the entire trip, and it was literally the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff (especially the front desk) is also so attentive — their treatment is truly so individualized and personalized. I called downstairs to the front desk a couple of times with questions and needs, and I got only courteous responses (where I was addressed by name) and my needs were met promptly. It was amazing to feel so cared for while on the road. I was in Royal Palm Beach specifically to visit my best friend (Pioneer Inn is the only hotel within a mile of his home), and I will definitely be looking forward to staying at Pioneer Inn whenever I'm visiting him. :)

✗ Finding the main entrance to the hotel is a little confusing — the front door strangely says "OFFICE" at the top. Another downside is they don't have breakfast, but there is coffee in the lobby in the morning.

✓ Clean, maybe new. Perfect location. No problems with my reservation through a booking agency 6 mos prior to the stay, ie, no overbooking problems.

✓ I liked the location. A lot. I didn't have to travel far for anything I was after. There are restaurants in all directions and the mall was only about 10mins away. I stayed to attend the Ultracon comic con which was only half a mile away. Would book again if I return to the area.

✗ The only downside was the walls are a tad thin, and if you get stuck with a roudy neighbor you can hear their activity quite well. Just kind of luck of the draw on that...

✓ Great location- walking distance to iThink Ampitheatre and extremely friendly receptionist- I wish I remembered his name- that made sure that we had everything that we needed. Room was clean and spacious.
