✓ Francesca couldn’t have done more for us for our gorgeous stay in this beautiful spotless comfortable home. Her warm welcome & overview of the house, the area, how to get around &places to eat/see etc was exceptional. We couldn’t believe how well Francesca looked after us also with food & beverages & checked in a few times to make sure all was good with us. We felt so safe here and so comfortable and had a very happy blissful stay. There were three single adults in the three bedrooms and all had so much space and facilities separately and together. It was so wonderful to have a gorgeous dining table to hang out at also. We will be back to stay at this wonderfully authentic slice of Italian life. Thank you Francesca 🙏🏻🧡

✗ It was a little far from the center but the walk is very easy and there’s a bus station.

Best stay in Firenze

✓ The appartment was even more beautiful than the pictures. So cozy, clean and decorated with a domestic charm. The host Francesca was so nice to explain everything, from the heritage to the little secrets from the locals (where to eat park, shop and what to see). You can reach city center in just 20 min. (easy walk) or catch a bus/tram which is few minutes away. When in Firenze we'll definately stay at her place again.

A lovely old house.

✓ Francesca, the host, was a delight and the house was full of character. There was a ton of food in the fridge and on the counter. We were able to make enough sandwiches for our entire visit! There is a big supermarket close by and a tram (T1) that can take you to Santa Maria Novella and beyond. The house is inside a gated courtyard with its own little porch. There are two kitchens, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a twisty hallway.

✗ The beds were not very comfortable. The shower in the second bathroom was just a drain and a shower curtain, so water gets all over the floor. The kitchen was well equipped, but lacked a pot big enough to cook pasta. There is no living room. it is noisy with the windows open but not too bad with closed.
