This hotel was a superb choice and the staff was exceptional from housekeeping to reception !
✓ Location was excellent- access to the city no matter what direction you walked! Lovely piazzas, retail, restaurants, sites; all within walking distance.
✗ Twice in the mornings; the coffee machines did not work- so the staff had to run upstairs to the top restaurant to make coffee- an inconvenience for them and the guests.
