✓ Location is good, just up from the beach front, lots of shopping and dining nearby

✗ Topfloor gets hot, A/C in our room did not work well, had to insist firmly(!) to get maintenance to address, initially they just wanted to walk out and leave repair until next day. Nice breakfast buffet, really friendly staff in restaurants, front desk a bit less friendly

Very comfortable and positive

✓ The hotels location was excellent and extremely safe for us group of girls. The security guard was so friendly and made sure we got home safely. The pool and lobby was so beautiful and modern I will miss it a lot. They were overall really relaxed and we didn’t get any complaints like other hotels our friends were staying in. I would really recommend for friends holiday!!

✗ My room didn’t get cleaned for a whole week and I didn’t get clean towels which is partially my fault because I was sleeping in late but one of the days I explained we were literally about to leave and they refused to clean our room. Also we had to pay extra money for a fridge and safe which I thought was a bit unfair.

Location great but hotel spoilt by noisy inconsiderate guests

✓ The hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good. Towels and bedding changed frequently. The pool area and the pool itself was great. The location was superb, very central for restaurants shops and the beach.

✗ We stayed 10 nights. We found the hotel to be so very noisy during the night, we had to complain many times. This was due to extremely noisy neighbours, shouting, music playing (from 11pm-01:00 am and beyond). Reception usually managed to get them to tone it down- eventually. But our sleep was interrupted constantly. We asked a few times if we could change rooms but whoever was on duty always made an excuse why we couldn’t, continually asking us to come and ask again the next day, but they never agreed to move us. So we gave up and had to suffer every night, which could have been avoided quite simply by a move of rooms. The staff don’t seem to think it’s a problem but it was for us. Also had to pay if you want a fridge in your room and if you want use of the safe, both should be included in the hotel price.

✓ the hotel was spotless. good food , good location. much more than I had expected.

✗ the all inclusive didn’t start till 5 pm on arrival day . then finished 11 am on departure day . we did not get 3 full day’s meals . that’s not what we had booked .
