✓ Wow. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Refrigerator did not work, missing light bulbs, sticky table tops, lobby had mildewed filthy cloth chairs, front desk man wore a T Shirt, lobby bar served liquor to people in the street, urine stains on the building front, vagrants in front of the building, some drunk and scary congregated in front of the hotel. It was a horror. I fled first thing in the morning leaving my three day deposit. I was willing to pay to get away. I cannot believe I was so misled by the Booking.com presentation that this is A Great Western 4 star hotel.

✓ This hotel was surprisingly better than the photos on booking.com, lobby furniture even looks better in real life. Excellent air-conditioning in the room which saved my life during the heatwave. Big room with fridge. Excellent blinds - dark for sleeping. Next to laundromat. Staff very accommodating. Close to the centre only 200m away, easy walk from train station.
✗ The lobby needs to be air-conditioned for both staff and waiting customers. Suggest replacing the public toilet paper dispensers with real toilet paper.
