✓ The location of the hotel is pefect - in the very city center, on the main street. The view is amazing, you can see Swanetian towers and mountains, enjoyable any time of the day :)
✗ Rooms are a bit run down, especially the bathroom... Breakfast was so-so, but kinda okay for the price.

✗ - Lack of room facility such as hair dryer, kettle, water (Available upon request but very limited) - Bath room has smell and water drain was not good
