Excellent managers very cordial and always making surr I'm comfortable and making sure I don't need
✓ I've been to several hotels in the several weeks. Nothing compares to 2021 olive. It was clean all around. The bed is comfy kitchen equipped fridge perfect. I will be a regular customer.

✓ Worst floor, I could see black shoe marker. I could only use cold water. The next morning not until 11:00 a.m, I could get response from Olive 2021.
✗ I think Olive 2021 don't clean their room floor. Booking.com photo is totally different from their room condition. The shower hole was blocked, just little water came out from it, so I could not take any shower. Nightmare!! I demend 1-night out of 3 nights, but Olive gave no response. Never visit this place.

Exceptional
✓ Came here for a three day vacation to universal studios and everything was great clean family room with kitchen everything is close by from a 10 min drive to universal and restaurants to grab a bite as well as Walmart is 15 min drive.
✗ The only thing that I didn’t like was the water pressure from the bathroom it seem like at any moment we were gonna run out of water but other then that everything else was great

Met my needs and expectations.
✓ Location was good. Parking was plentiful and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. TV was high quality with lots of options. Other than some road noise which one can reduce by closing the doors into the kitchen and bathroom, it was nice and quiet. Very good and reliable Wifi. Fairly priced.
✗ Better and more pillows would be nice. Toilet area was a little cramped and toilet could be replaced with a taller one. Shower head should be raised. Surge protectors with multiple outlets would be nice. I had one morning with no hot water, but things happen, and I was fine with it. More utensils in the kitchen would be nice.

✓ There was no breakfast offered. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter.
✗ There was no extra toilet paper and no paper towels, napkins or kleenex. The ad also said the pool was heated and I was unable to use it as it was only 68 degrees.

✓ The location was excellent, close to everywhere that we needed to go. It was very quiet, and the property is very well maintained. Convenient parking. Value was great, if we go to Burbank again, we will definitely stay here. Pool area was beautiful, just a little to cold to take advantage of.
✗ We would liked to have had more towels.

Hello, All of our rooms only have one restroom. The only room we have with a separate bedroom is our room with one king and 2 twins.
