Relaxing 2 night stay in a hidden gem near Place Carnot.
✓ Small, private and quiet property tucked away in a side street (be careful you don’t miss it). Tastefully decorated and well appointed spacious bedroom and bathroom. Effective and totally silent air conditioning and a lovely comfortable bed. Perfect when day time temperatures are approaching 40 C. Nothing too much trouble for the lovely owners Virginie and David, including taking us to the airport when the taxi did not show!

Tops!
✓ We liked the decor-very clean and cheerful. It was nice to have a large bathroom, electric kettle, timed lighting above the 3 flights of steps yo our room. Virginie, the host, was cordial and so helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh-delicious croissants, good strong coffee, bread fresh from the neighborhood bakery. The patio is old and beautiful and the breakfast room cheerful. The tranquility of the room, even if you hear some church bells, was a sanctuary when we arrived tired and needing respite from a day of site seeing. The location is a quiet street not far from the main plaza. The lighting in the room is good with built-in USB ports by the bedsides. Look no more if you want a wonderful experience and good hospitality when you visit Carcassonne!

Delightful Bed and Breakfast
✓ A beautiful sunny room in at a charming property. I felt pampered. The proprietor was attentive and helpful and served a good breakfast. The Internet was also very good. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat.
✗ Well, there are a couple of long flights of stairs to conquer in return for staying in a beautiful old building.
