✓ Literally nothing. Rooms and bathrooms were dirty along with the Linen. We slept with a bed where the bedsheet was turnoff. Leaking bathrooms. They did not changed towels for 4 days we stayed. Will recommend people there are many options in goa with the budget as we paid 4500/- for one night and you will get good hotels in that budget. Do not fall for the pictures they show all photoshopped and old. Nothing looks the way it seems. Even the beach is too far you have to walk a long way and difficult if you have small kids.

✗ The Restaurant was poor as limited cuisine and the portion they serve is very less. The breakfast is the worst do not opt for rooms with breakfast. Poor service as less staff. you keep your car at your own risk as the place they provide for parking is not inside the premise and they did not employ any Gard for security. You will find Security in almost all property but not in this. Some owner from Kolkata trying to fleece travelers. Do not go with Family as you will find may good property's in and around.

✓ The breakfast.

✗ My stay at the resort was abysmal to say the least. There was no staff to take my luggage to the room. When called, the room service didn't respond for hours and the bathroom didn't have proper clogging facility. The room door didn't lock properly. The cups in the room were broken. Even after informing the reception and the manager, they didn't care about it at all. All in all not worth staying here.

good comfortable room and nice hospitality. bar prices are prohibitive.

✗ walking on a dirt road means you always have dirty feet.

✓ staff was very cooperative when we requested for early checkin and late checkout. nice place near to beach. good eateries within 1 km. rooms were clean and cosy.

✗ had problem with AC . as they were fully booked it took time and convincing to change the room . Bfast options are way to limited .

✓ The location and pool were great. It's a little bit inside the main road, but still only 10 min walk to beach and all the restaurants. Pool was always clean and relaxing, room was also spacious and beautiful.

✗ Wifi didn't work in my room. But it was fine in some of the common areas. Couldnt get much help from staff on this. A couple of times the managers were yelling at staff so didn't feel like a friendly environment.
