Overall is good. We could find better ONSEN hotel in Yilan next time .
✓ The ambience is good as we love the lighting and design of the lobby. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Location is superb. Breakfast was nice as well!
✗ The bed is too hard for us and we couldn’t sleep well even after a tiring trip. Sound proof is lousy as I can hear the noise outside the room very clear. We will need to carry our luggage using the stairs because of the layout of the hotel.

Exceptional
✓ The breakfast was great! The hotel also provided a afternoon snack session which is complementary to all guests. The onsen in the room was great. The staff was very helpful and provided good eateries around the hotel. The hotel is within 10min walk from the train station.
✗ Was unable to cast our netflix onto the TV which will cause the TV to hang. Not too big an issue. The wifi was abit weak in the room.

✓ Very nice design, felt like a nice small boutique hotel. Awesome location and my room has a huge hot spring water tub which made this a very relaxing stay.
